Beaverton Motorcycles is looking for friendly and outgoing powersports enthusiasts to greet our service customers. "What Can We Do For You Today" mentality is a must. We need a true concierge who can multi-task, thrives in a fast-paced and invigorating work environment, and does so with grace and style. An ideal candidate will have some history and/or interest in powersports and motorcycles, phone and greeter skills, above average computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc), and the ability and desire to provide A+ service to our customers and co-workers. Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 9a - 6p.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcome guests and handle initial check in paperwork
Cashier
Communicate minor recommendations from the Service Department to the guest
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous attention
Take ownership of the guest’s experience se we leave a positive impression
Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries to assure the guest does not get mishandled
Spend quality time building relationships with our guests
Other duties as needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Basic English literacy and verbal/written communication skills are essential
Professional and strong communication, reasoning and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; always on, friendly, patient, and curious

Ability to adjust work flow quickly and smoothly

Must have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled – MANDATORY (we are open 6 days a week)
